Product Materials
Our Bumper Cases are crafted from premium TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) and PEBA (Polyether Block Amide).
TPU features shock absorbing properties that provide a cushioned barrier for the slab. PEBA is known as "super TPU" and is lighter weight and has a higher energy return than TPU. PEBA combines the strength of nylon and the impact resistance of rubber
We manufacture cases specifically designed for CGC and PSA slabs. Each case is designed to the fit the specifications of each company's holders, ensuring a snug fit.
Yes! We offer cases for CGC Modern slabs (2016+) both Small/Medium and Large sized.
CGC Oversized (magazine and treasury editions) will be available in the future.
Absolutely. Our cases accommodate all CGC label types including Universal (blue), Signature Series (yellow), Restored (purple), Qualified (green). The internal dimensions provide clearance for any label configuration.
No, each grading company uses slightly different slab dimensions, so we manufacture company-specific cases. A CGC case will not fit a PSA slab properly, and vice versa. Always order the case that matches your grading company to ensure proper fit and protection.
Our cases are designed to fit the grading slab itself, not slabs with additional outer sleeves. If you currently use protective sleeves on your slabs, you'll need to remove them before inserting the slab into our Bumper Case, as the case provides superior protection on its own.
Shipping & Delivery
No. We currently only ship within the United States. However international expansion is being considered in the future.
Each case is individually packaged in placed in a bubble mailer. Multiple cases are wrapped in protective bubble wrap and placed in a rigid cardboard box with additional cushioning.
Absolutely! You'll receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of your order shipping. You can track your package in real-time directly through USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the selected shipping method.
While rare, if your case arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and original packaging. We'll immediately ship a replacement at no cost. For damaged packages, please retain all packaging materials for carrier claims.
Returns & Warranty
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the unused case in its original packaging for a full refund.
Return shipping is free for defective products; customers pay return shipping for size/preference exchanges.

Yes! Exchanges for different sizes or colors are accepted within 14 days of purchase. The original case must be unused and in original packaging. We'll cover return shipping if we sent the wrong item; otherwise, customer pays return shipping and we cover shipping of the new item.
If you ordered the correct model for your grading company and the case doesn't fit properly, we'll provide a full refund or replacement immediately – this falls under our fit guarantee. Please verify you ordered the correct model (CGC vs CBCS vs PGX) before returning.
Care & Maintenance
Use a soft microfiber cloth with water or a mild solution of dish soap and water. Gently wipe the surface and dry with a clean microfiber cloth. Never use alcohol, ammonia, acetone, or abrasive cleaners as these can damage case.
No, never put Bumper Cases in dishwashers, ultrasonic cleaners, or expose them to temperatures above 140°F. High heat can warp the materials and damage the UV coating. Hand cleaning with the recommended method ensures longevity and maintains warranty coverage.
It is not recommended to place the case (or slab) in direct sunlight. Indirect sunlight or artificial lighting is ideal for display. For long-term display near windows, consider UV-filtering window film for additional protection on the slab.
